Welcome to our family farm situated in the Sussex High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty What was once a traditional arable farm has now become a diversified hub for all sorts of businesses and plenty of other activities including education, EV charging, barista coffee and food
We are passionate about sharing our farming heritage with people in order to help them appreciate the wonders of where their food comes from and how it gets to your plate!

Holmbush Farm
The farm is home to several small businesses, a farm shop, a restaurant and education centre, and a variety of energetic competitions happening up in the Holmbush forest throughout the year
Education
For as long as we can remember we have been trying to the wider public involved in our mucky farming life. Today we offer a wide range of workshops and classes starting in the new year, and forest school facilities for schools looking to take their students out into the woods for hands-on learning. Fuel Road House
Fuel Road House is a coffee house, restaurant and bar at the heart of Holmbush Farm. It not only fuels the farm but also supports its daily activities and is the starting point for all our educational offerings. Fuel brings with it a vibrant community of food and automotive enthusiasts.A unique hub where great taste, culture, education and farm life come together.NOW OPEN!
Olinda Tiny House
Come and stay in our unique off-grid Tiny House and escape to serenity, whilst learning how to live on solar power and a battery. You will be situated up on a hill with grand views, and surrounded by hundreds of acres of private woodland to explore.
WHAT ELSE IS GOING ON
Farm shop
We have a small shop, distinct from the tea room, selling sandwiches, hot food, hot and cold drinks, logs, hay bales and other essentials in our shop on site.
Tough Mudder
Holmbush has been host of Tough Mudder London South since 2016. The mud race is scheduled to be back with us again in September 2026.
Logs
We sell seasoned and kiln- dried logs, both by the bag and also the pickup-load delivered to the local area.
Commercial Space
The farm is home to dozens of independent businesses in our elegant traditional sandstone farm buildings.
