We will be offering regular classes and workshops about foraging, farming, nature, sustainability, animal training, cooking, to name but a few.Our bright and airy Solar Loft Classrooms (coming late 2026) in our ultra-modern solar-clad agricultural barn, will play host to some of the indoor classes, whilst others will naturally.... be outdoors.
Our outdoor classrooms are located in the middle of the forest a short walk up from our tea room. This is the perfect base for local schools and educators looking to take their students out into the woods, teaching them about the natural world. It also offers a safe retreat to dash back to should the weather turn inclement.Schools and educators please get in touch with us here if you are interested in using in these facilities.
In January 2026 we will have our new 150kW Ultra-Rapid electric vehicle chargers up and running for the public to use. On sunny days people should be able to charge their EV entirely from solar power generated by our large solar barn rooves.This is a great opportunity to learn more about renewable energy technologies - whilst charging their car customers can come into the café see a live display of how much solar energy is going directly into their car, and understand more about our own microgrid plans and other sustainable fuels.We are extremely grateful to Horsham District Council for the grant from their Rural England Prosperity Fund which enabled this to happen.
