Beautiful Surroundings

Olinda Tiny House is our little getaway tucked away up on the farm, next to the Sussex Weald AONB forest. It is surrounded by historic parkland with stunning views, and right outside your door are hundreds of acres of private woodland to explore and several lakes to find. It offers complete peace and a true connection with nature.

The Layout

Downstairs you will find a compact kitchen, cosy living area, and a hot shower room with composting toilet. Upstairs are two half-height double bedrooms (105cm) at either end of the house, each with opening windows. It’s a genuine tiny house experience – thoughtfully designed, snug and comfortable.

Solar Powered

The house is fully off-grid, powered by solar panels with battery storage, giving you reliable 240V mains electricity for everyday appliances and there are plenty of plug sockets and USB chargers. A wall mounted tablet shows live energy use, battery levels and solar generation, creating a fun and fascinating way to experience off-grid living in action.
